La Cabaña is located in the municipality of El Agrado in the department of Huila, between the Central and Eastern Andes mountain ranges.

En esta central de molienda húmeda se procesan cafés naturales y microlotes lavados con largas fermentaciones anaeróbicas que van de 200 a 300 horas.
La Cumbre | Natural Anerobic
In this wet milling plant, natural coffees and washed micro-lots are processed with long anaerobic fermentations ranging from 200 to 300 hours.
