With more than 25 years of experience in the coffee industry, Luis is known for his frank and clear communication style and his ability to establish long-term relationships with customers, suppliers and stakeholders, always seeking to generate value for both parties. Great coffee trader, direct, creative, with a good sense of humor and always attentive to the well-being of his team.

Tomás has extensive experience in risk management, trading and financial coverage. He has a Master's degree in Financial Mathematics and is a Specialist in Strategic Management. He is an empathetic, direct, critical and very transparent person. He is able to communicate his ideas in a very professional, clear and friendly way. He has excellent numerical skills that allow him to structure complex business models.
Director of Racafé AG, Switzerland
Ildikó joined Racafé, Switzerland in 2005. She is our representative for the European market. Ildikó speaks several languages fluently, such as English, French, German, Italian and Hungarian. She is a highly motivated, solution-oriented manager with significant negotiation- and financial- skills. And she has excellent business relations in the coffee sector.

Pablo is an enthusiastic person and is very passionate about the coffee business. He has a high awareness and social sensitivity, great relationships with customers and suppliers and is a really good conversationalist. Besides, he is creative, and always offers a critical eye aimed at improving the status quo.
Commercial Executive
Lina holds a Master’s degree in Coffee Science and Economics from the Ernesto Illy Foundation, is a coffee grower from Quindío, and co-founded the Colombia Chapter of the International Women’s Coffee Alliance.
She combines strategic vision and commercial expertise with the sensitivity and insight of a producer. Lina understands the dynamics of international markets and consumer demands, yet also knows firsthand the realities of farms and coffee-growing communities.

Wilmar is a professional who blends financial rigor with a deep connection to the Colombian countryside.
His authenticity, determination, and discipline are reflected in every negotiation, where he seeks to build trust-based relationships and sustainable value for both producers and clients.
With natural charisma and a genuine love for gastronomy and coffee, Wilmar understands that behind every bean there is a story, a territory, and a family.
Head of Quality Control
Andrea is a Chemical Engineer with more than 24 years of experience in coffee quality control, she has a Master's Degree in Integrated HSEQ Management Systems. Also, she is a Q-grader cupper and is absolutely passionate about the world of coffee. She is a kind, empathetic and methodical person, oriented to knowing and meeting the quality requirements of the clients.
Product Development Coordinator
Gabriela has experience in innovation and product development as well as in the flavor and fragrance industry. She has critical skills in sensory evaluation that allow her to discover new coffee profiles and develop roasting curves that highlight flavors in the cup. A Chemical Engineer, Q Grader taster, passionate about innovation and the sensory world, she likes to keep up to date with new trends in coffee. A creative, empathetic and methodical member of our team.

Barista by profession with 12 years of experience in the specialty coffee industry. Jonathan is proactive, innovative and objective. He has skills and knowledge in the development of coffee profiles, roasting curves, and preparation methods applied to the Colombian coffee market.
Commercial Consultant for Local Industry
Carlos has more than 5 years of experience in the coffee industry, he is a proactive person, and is very passionate about the world of coffee. He is an Industrial Designer with knowledge in roasting, barismo (SCA) and cupping (Pre-Q), which gives him a broad vision of the business. Carlos is also a business consultant thanks to his skills in preparation and his experience in entrepreneurship.
